宣傳視頻的嚴正聲明

致(zhi)相關方及社會(hui)公眾：

近日，我(wo)(wo)司（濟寧駿達機(ji)械制造有限公司）發現部分(fen)單位及個人未(wei)經(jing)授權(quan)，盜用、篡改我(wo)(wo)司原創產品(pin)圖(tu)片、宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)視頻等素(su)材(cai)用于商(shang)業宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)、網絡傳(chuan)(chuan)播等用途(tu)。此(ci)類行為(wei)已(yi)嚴重侵犯我(wo)(wo)司知識(shi)產權(quan)及合法權(quan)益，并(bing)對公眾造成誤導。為(wei)維護(hu)我(wo)(wo)司及社會公眾的合法權(quan)益，現鄭重聲明如(ru)下：

一(yi)、版權(quan)聲(sheng)明

我司(si)所有產品圖片(pian)、宣傳視頻、設計素材（含平(ping)面、動態、3D等內容）均為(wei)我(wo)司(si)獨(du)立(li)創作(zuo)或(huo)合法獲取(qu)，我(wo)司(si)依法享有著(zhu)作(zuo)權(quan)(quan)、商標(biao)權(quan)(quan)等權(quan)(quan)利(li)，未經(jing)我(wo)司(si)書面授(shou)權(quan)(quan)，禁(jin)止任何單位及個人使用、復制、修(xiu)改或(huo)傳播。

二、侵(qin)權(quan)界(jie)定

包括但不(bu)限于以下行(xing)為：

1.盜(dao)用我(wo)司上(shang)述素材進(jin)行虛(xu)假宣傳；

2.擅自在電商(shang)平臺(tai)、社交媒體以(yi)及線下(xia)等渠道使用上(shang)述素材(cai)；

3.未經(jing)我司許(xu)可對素材進(jin)行剪輯、二次加(jia)工等行為。

三、法律追責(ze)

 我司(si)已完成侵權(quan)(quan)行(xing)(xing)為證據的固定，請各侵權(quan)(quan)主體立即停止侵權(quan)(quan)，否則，我司(si)將(jiang)采取(qu)包括但不限(xian)于(yu)投訴、訴訟等行(xing)(xing)政或司(si)法手(shou)段維(wei)護自身合法權(quan)(quan)益。

請侵(qin)(qin)權方立(li)即停止侵(qin)(qin)權并刪(shan)除(chu)全部內容！

Official Statement on Unauthorized Use of Our Company's Product Images and Promotional Videos

To whom it may concern:

We (Jining Junda Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) noticed that some entities and individuals have used and tampered with our company's original product images, promotional videos and other materials for commercial promotion, network dissemination and other purposes without authorization. Such behavior has seriously infringed our company's intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, and misled the public. To safeguard the legal rights of both the Company and the general public, we hereby issue this formal declaration:

I. Copyright Statement

All our product images, promotional videos, and design materials (including but not limited to static, dynamic, and 3D formats) are independently created or lawfully acquired by our company. The company retains exclusive copyright, trademark rights and other rights in accordance with the law. No entity or individual may reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without the Company’s express written authorization.

II. Definition of infringement

Including but not limited to the following behaviors:

1. Utilizing the company’s materials for false or misleading advertising;

2. Unauthorized publication or display of such materials on e-commerce platforms, social media, or offline channels;

3. Unlawful editing, reprocessing, or derivative use of the materials without permission.

III. Legal accountability

We have already secured and preserved evidence of the aforementioned infringements. We demand that all infringing parties cease and desist immediately. Otherwise, we will take administrative or judicial measures including but not limited to complaints and lawsuits to protect our legitimate rights and interests.

Immediate action is required: Remove all infringing content without delay!
